  1. Safe and Professional Transport Service
    London Travel Solution is committed to providing safe, reliable, punctual, professional and fully compliant private hire transport services in accordance with all applicable legislation and licensing requirements.
  2. Passenger and Representative Responsibilities
    Passengers, parents, carers and authorised representatives must provide accurate information, ensure passengers are ready for collection, notify the Company of relevant changes, and treat staff and property with respect.
  3. Licensed Drivers and Compliant Vehicles
    All journeys are allocated only to appropriately licensed drivers using authorised, insured and roadworthy vehicles. Driver and vehicle compliance is verified before any booking is undertaken.
  4. Safeguarding and Passenger Welfare
    The Company maintains robust safeguarding procedures for children, young people and vulnerable adults. All drivers and passenger assistants receive appropriate safeguarding training.
  5. Booking Records, Data Protection and Confidentiality
    Booking, driver, vehicle and operational records are maintained securely and retained in accordance with legal and licensing requirements. Personal data is processed in compliance with UK data protection legislation.
  6. Delays, Complaints and Service Quality
    Whilst every effort is made to operate services punctually, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control. Complaints are recorded, investigated fairly and used to support continuous service improvement.
  7. Compliance, Safety and Service Suspension
    London Travel Solution continuously monitors compliance with legal, contractual and licensing obligations and reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where safety, safeguarding, legal or contractual requirements cannot be met.
